Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Protein Balls
These protein balls are super simple to make, made with healthier ingredients, and taste like no bake oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!

Ingredients
  • 1cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1/2cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3cup honey
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. I use a small cookie scoop.
  4. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
